What is your return policy?
Any products supplied by Ostech Tactical found to be deficient in manufacture will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Any item found to be damaged due to neglect or misuse will not be covered by warranty but may be repaired at the customers cost. All sales of custom designed knives are final.
Please note that these are completely hand made items and should be viewed as such.
Do you offer gift cards?
Ostech Tactical can offer gift cards to any value which are valid for a period of 18 months from date of purchase. Please contact us at admin@ostechtactical.com.au for more information.
What are the payment options?
Payment options accepted are credit / debit card, PayPal, and direct electronic funds transfer. No items shall be shipped or entered into manufacture until payment in full has been recieved.
