Knives can be manufactured to exact specifications and requirements from 'Sushimi knives, pairing knives, carving knives, general purpose knives, cleavers, bearded cleavers, or anything you heart desires. Superb edge retention and ease of sharpening make these knives a joy to work with and maintain in the kitchen. These knives are built for work and will give years of service if cared for correctly. Handle finish as required be it timber, resin, carbon fibre, Phenolic resin, G.10, or bone. Very light weight in hand for good balance and control. Perfect for the serious chef or lover of cooking.
